In order to provide accuate details it is important that you provide your venue location.  That will allow us to determine travel time, distance and arrival time (especially when scheduling includes multiple shows on your particular date.  Some locations are large, so if possible please also provide some additional navigational points such as street name, neighborhood or community name, or even a popular location or landmark.
